‘GourMay Mary Valley’: Join our Farm Tour

Forage Farms Family in the paddock

May is "Feasting Season" in the Mary Valley, and a chance to meet the people who bring food to your table. The ‘GourMay Mary Valley’ festival includes workshops, farm tours, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Forage Farms is pleased to be able to welcome you to our farm on Saturday 3 May.

The tour is a wonderful opportunity to learn about our regenerative farming philosophy from third-generation regenerative farmers - Stuart, Megan, Hamish and Lachlan, plus the Forage Farms team. We'll show you how the food on your plate is grown and you will get the inside knowledge on how we're farming to benefit the animals, the land, and you.

We love this festival which is getting bigger each year – an encouraging sign that more consumers are interested in eating local and eating well. ‘GourMay Mary Valley’ is a month-long celebration of our region’s numerous, small and hardworking farmers’ commitment to thoughtfully produced and sustainable food.

The festival kicks off with the Grand Opening at Woollahra Homestead near Kybong and follows with 4 weeks of satellite events for foodies. Highlights include the Dingo Creek Vintners Lunch with curated local produce and matching wines; and the Mary Valley Degustation – a feast of 7 courses and 7 wines alongside live entertainment. There’s a Mother’s Day Gourmet Grazing lunch with Matt Golinski and even a camp oven competition. Check the full program for event details and tickets.
