How to Purchase from Forage Farms
How Ordering Works
There are three ways to get real food from our farm onto your table: home delivery, farm pickup, or one of the local stores and cafes that stock us. Here's exactly how each one works, so you know what to expect before you order.
Home Delivery - We deliver it straight to your door on our monthly delivery runs.
Farm Pickup - Collect your order from us at Kybong, any time it suits.
Find In Store - Shop at one of our stockists.

How It Works
1. Place Your Order
Browse the Farm Shop, add what you need to your cart, and check out. Order before the window closes and you're in this month's run. Order after, and you're in next month's.
2. We Prepare It
Once the window closes, your order is packed by our team on the farm here in Kybong, in the Mary Valley.
3. Delivered or Collected
We bring it to your door, or you collect it from us. Either way, your food travels straight from the farm to you.
If you've chosen home delivery, this happens once a month, alongside everyone else's order. If you've chosen farm pickup, you're not tied to a window, once we've put it together and let you know it's ready, collect whenever suits you.
Home Delivery
Our delivery run covers South East Queensland, from Gympie down to the Gold Coast, plus a stretch of the northern NSW border. Check your own postcode below.

What You'll Hear From Us
You'll know where your orders at through every stage.
Order confirmed. As soon as you checkout, we'll email to confirm your order.
Packed and On Its Way. Once the window closes and your order is packed, we'll let you know it's headed out.
Night Before Delivery. You'll get an update with your courier's ETA the evening before it arrives (or sometimes a couple of days before).
Delivered. And once it's on your doorstep, we'll send one last note to confirm it's landed.
How It's Packed
All our meat leaves the farm frozen, packed in a cardboard box with a paper based insulated liner, to keep everything nice and cold. The whole box and the liner can go straight into the kerbside recycling bin or your compost - nothing landing in general waste!
Your order will travel with a refrigerated courier or one of our own drivers.
Not Home When We Arrive?
No problem. Your box is insulated well enough to sit safely in the shade until you're back. If no one's home, our driver will find a safe spot to leave it and let you know.
Delivery Cost
Delivery is $20 for orders under $100, $10 for orders between $100 and $299, and free for orders over $300.
Why We Order This Way
Running a farm like ours takes constant attention, there's always something happening. Batching everyone's order into one planned run each month means the farm keeps ticking along the way it needs to, and when packing day comes, our team can put full effort into doing it properly, rather than splitting focus all the time. It also means fewer seperate trips out for delivery, which keeps transport costs down, and that saving is one we can pass along.
Farm Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? Farm pickup isn't tied to the monthly order window. While home delivery only goes out once a month, pickup orders are placed and packed all the time, order on any day you like and we'll have it ready for you, no waiting for the next window to open.
Place your order and select farm pickup for delivery. We prepare it on the farm, and we'll email you as soon as it's ready to collect.
Reply to that email or give us a call, and we'll find a time that suits you. We're on the farm most days of the week, and can often make a weekend pickup work too.
Where to collect: Forage Farms, 87 Mullaly Road, Kybong, QLD 4570
