Pasture-Raised Meat and Eggs, Delivered to Gympie
Knowing where your food actually comes from shouldn't be this hard. A label on a supermarket shelf can tell you a product is "free range" or "grass fed," but it can't tell you how the animal lived, how the land was cared for, or who raised it. That's the gap we set out to close.
We farm right here at Kybong, just outside Gympie, in the Mary Valley. This isn't a distant supplier delivering into your area; it's your own back paddock. For over a decade, we've been raising grass-fed beef, pasture-raised eggs, chicken and pork on this land, and Gympie has been home to some of our very first customers. If you'd like to see it for yourself rather than take our word for it, you're close enough to just come out. Book a farm tour →

How we farm, and why it's different
Most farming asks the land for more than it can give, and the land eventually shows it: water running straight off instead of soaking in, paddocks thinning out, fewer birds and less life in the soil each year. We farm the other way around. Using Natural Sequence Farming principles, developed and taught right here in the Mary Valley through Tarwyn Park Training, we shape the landscape to slow water down, rebuild fertility, and let plant diversity return, so the land gets healthier the longer we farm it, not the other way round.
Our animals are part of that system, not separate from it. Cattle, pigs and chickens are moved regularly across the farm, each grazing differently, each doing their own part to improve the ground beneath them. It's more work than running one type of animal on one paddock. It's also why the pasture, and the food that comes off it, keeps getting better.

This isn't just Stuart and Megan's project. It's Lachie and Hamish running the day to day, Ash and Stephanie out on the land, Declan learning the ropes, our drivers getting boxes out the door, and a small network of partner farmers around the region raising eggs the same way we do. We think the way we farm is worth spreading further than one family or one farm can reach on its own, which is part of why we teach it. You can read more of that story on Our Story and Replication Over Scale.
