Farm Tour - 26th May 2024

That it's a fabulous place to visit to see the practice of Natural Sequence Farming in operation and how to care for animals while having them for profit.
Being a vegan I would love to see these principles applied to growing vegetables.

Possibly dividing the group into smaller groups so that making the groups smaller so that there would be more opportunity to interact with the person showcasing each part of the farm. It would also make it easier to hear the presenter and to hear the questions being asked by those in the group.

Everyone who led the tour on the farm was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any questions thrown their way. It was great to see and hear about how our food is raised and produced. What an amazing farm! I hope that more farmers learn from Forage Farms so that consumers can have a wider choice of actual food, rather than the stuff supermarkets fob off as food.

It was so insightful and inspiring to learn about your regenerative and chemical free farming techniques and the benefits it has for both the land and the quality and health of the animals. The staff are all very knowledgeable and take great pride in their work. Highly recommend not only a tour but their produce which is ethically produced and high quality.

A great morning spent finding out how they grow their chickens, eggs, pigs and beef to sell. Enjoyed it immensely.

It’s also good to see young employees learning the art of public speaking and when their knowledge of the farming process improves furure tours will flow even better than this one.

Fantastic to see how well animals can be raised in a natural setting with minimal input but plenty of care and attention. The landscape was healthy and improving. The hosts were knowledgable and passionate. The health and the passion comes through in the taste of the food.

This family raises livestock the way livestock should be raised, openly grazed with the grass beneath their feet. So make sure to take your Esky as their produce is Mmmmmmouthwatering.

Our farm tour gave us a great insight into another way of farming that is better for the land, animals, environment and community. We will do it again.

It was great to go see where our food comes from and meet the lovely people at Forage Farms. They really have a passion for what they do and this is reflected in their excellent produce. Plus it's nice to support a small local business. Keep up the good work.

The boys were very informative and no question was to much for them to answer. The pork we bought was delicious. If you want to know where your real food comes from go on the tour and try the products you will taste the difference.
